What this release receives
The requirement composer receives the text you choose to submit. It creates an immediate structured response from an illustrative local dataset. The application does not currently create a user account or intentionally store that text in an OFMP.AI database.
If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message, address, attachments, and delivery records needed to exchange and secure the communication.
Operational records
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical records such as IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and error or security events. These records support delivery, abuse prevention, diagnosis, and reliability.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics is disabled by default. If you choose “Allow analytics,” it measures page visits and a small set of product workflow events so we can understand whether the service is useful. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization remain disabled.
We do not send requirement text, organization or supplier names, license numbers, email addresses, or contact-message contents to Google Analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through the “Privacy choices” control.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by infrastructure or email providers acting to deliver their services, or disclosed when lawfully required. We aim to retain operational and correspondence records only for a proportionate business, security, legal, or dispute-resolution need.
International use and security
OFMP.AI is designed for global use, so processing may occur outside your country. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, or another applicable privacy right, email hello@ofmp.ai. Tell us your jurisdiction and enough context to locate the relevant record. We may need to verify identity before acting.
